General information:-

1. Competitions will be held in NML Kerala Public School, Jamshedpur (JH),Archery area as per the schedule which will be prepared by the CBSE observer, one week before.
2. Shared accommodation shall be provided in Classrooms at NML Kerala Public School, Jamshedpur (JH).
3. Shared accommodation shall be provided only for Players, only one Coach and one Team Manager.
4. Parents are not allowed to stay in school.
5. Please bring the downloaded documents from CBSE site along with other Annexure (in original)duly attested by the Principal.
6. Two passport size photos , Last year mark-sheet , Birth Certificate for age proof,Aaadhar Card, Student Identity card).
7. Verification of details of participation is to be supported with their original documents only.
8. Schools should bring their flag for march past and opening ceremony.
